labrujahAlso, at Peter Luger's, my two friends ordered their burgers rare and the waiter nodded approvingly. I ordered mine medium well because for heaven's sake, I just started eating meat again after 9 years of not.
Then we overheard him telling the other table that rare means "lightly warmed on the outside, pink and COLD on the inside"!!!
Aha ha. Who wins, me.
