Secret Kitty
Aug. 9th, 2002 09:15 amLast night I brought a little stray into my room and fed her and watched her explore my room. She's been living on the big street by the train tracks in a clump of grass, flinching every time a car goes by and literally starving, she's skin and bones. At first, when she heard a car outside my window, she'd run underneath my dresser. But now she's more confident and happy, and stretches out to sleep on my floor.
I doubt my roommates will let me keep her (there was a peak of 6 cats at once in our old place, resulting in many nasty puddles and cat-hierarchy fights). So if you have a spot for a very affectionate, well-behaved little orange and gray cat, let me know.
She started using the litterbox right away and is very sweet, and does innumerable cute things like kneading the air with her claws and turning herself around on the floor.
