my friends have a show

labrujahCorn Mo (Rock Accordion God) and "Magic" Brian, two of my favorites ever, will be putting on a show with funny guests Monday at Tobacco Road, 355 W. 41st @ 9th Ave., $7, 8 p.m.
Here is what has been said about it:
"I loved it! But I have very low standards."
"Sorry, I was in the bathroom most of the time. But I think I heard people laughing."
"It was a great show until that guy got stuck in the straitjacket, then it got even better when he passed out trying to escape."
"Please leave me alone, I'm trying to read my book."
"I think I had a Corn Mo once when I was at a barbecue place in North Carolina. They make them really good there."

Two more proofs that he is the best ever are that 1) he goes out with Una the aerialist who is fierce and 2) he sang Freebird nearly every day for us and made people hold their cell phones in the air if they didn't have lighters.
