The guy I wrote the fan mail to wrote me back! He will be playing at our truck party. We are going to be friends.

Now I have to figure out a truck stop-related outfit. I wussed out on the rodeo and came to it wearing regular clothes and then felt bad.

I will post the party invite when it's finalized.

I went to get a haircut today and now it looks kind of the same, but better. I am moody and I can't figure out why.

Ditto on the moody today. Only I knew why. And I was beyond moody, to the point of admittedly cranky. Ick.

Not really -- you could ask at Flux Factory (where Brian lives) if there's a couch/sublet room available. Other than that, there's supposed to be a hostel in Washington Heights...it tends to be pretty expensive. I've never stayed anywhere but people's houses in NYC.
