Ok, every single person in the world is on friendster.

brella, I also got a weird email from a guy I used to date in high school, except I'm really not so curious about what he's up to. He wore out my patience for crazy a long time ago.

My house is officially completely hot. I am stewing in it. Something has to happen here. Maybe we will get rid of our couch and replace it with a large inflatable pool full of ice cubes and slightly gray water. I knew I was going to have to sleep on the roof, I just didn't know it would be this soon.

I tried sleeping. Read HULK. Turned off light, buried head. Too hot. My cats keep gasping. Those fur coats. Broiling. Turned light back on. Read MYSTIQUE. Too much exposition in the middle. Read some RAISIN PIE. Cooky. Turned off light. Can't sleep. Too hot. I'm dying.

I just unburied my ancient A/C from the closet. Plugged it in. Give it a whirl. See if it blows air.

ah! I wish I got an email....I hate talking on the phone to my current freinds, never mind long lost ones!

I still haven't called, but pretty much everyone says, 'call him!' even my darling husband ;-)

in other news we have a/c for the first time this summer, the first time I've ever owned an a/c (actually that's not exactly true; there was one in the apartment I lived in in new orleans, and now that I think about it when I lived in florida we had central air). So I don't know what I'm talking about, something about this heat is making me make stuff up!

man, i WISH everyone in the world was REQUIRED to be on friendster. And "friending" someone you hadn't actually met would be punishable by death. But you know what they say, be careful what you wish for.
