Yeah, sure thing! Just remember, whatever you bring has to go up to the third floor (and back down if it doesn't sell!)

I hope the L train being down doesn't mess it up too much...

Why not do it outside, like a proper yard sale? Is it stuff inside your apartment you're trying to sell? I betyou'd sell more if it were outdoors. People get weird about having to go inside apartments, etc.
