labrujahThe apartment listings for this week from nonsensenyc. These seem particularly good. The Williamsburg loft is AMAZING -- the guy you'd share with is in the Hungry March Band, and I first visited it when a clown friend lived there.

Comes furnished with queen-size bed/futon/desk/shelves (or they can be taken out). 6 minute walk to either the Bedford L stop, Lorimer L stop, or Marcy JMZ. Close to all the hotspots. Bedroom is very large (14'x14'). Room connects to a living room, also to the kitchen. The floor is part of an industrial loft that is split into 2 huge areas. Very unique and interesting space. While the living room is very bright, the room itself does not get a lot of light, to be honest. Available Sept 1 for 2 month sublet, thru end of Oct. Roommate smokes.
