labrujahBeing on vacation is wearing me out. I am dirty and covered in salt from Half Moon Bay and wearing two hoodies at once to maximize.
Last night we went to my friend Chicken John's bar the Odeon which I have never been to before. On walking in we saw a very pregnant lady in clown makeup singing backed up by accordion. And I felt like I had arrived at my home away from home. Thank goodness for big dark dirty freak bars. And for black velvets, my new favorite drink (Guinness and pear cider).
I am coming home tomorrow and excited to be back in the old routine because I am feeling very inspired. My friends are great and we are going to get a country house together for retreats. Also SF is bizarrely chilly all the time. But very pretty.
