Taking a page from fidelity_astro's book, I've just taken some people off the old friends list.
I can't keep up with everyone anymore. Please don't be offended, it's really not personal. You're all funny and nice and I've enjoyed reading your stuff.

Fish Report

A traumatic event yesterday when I took the heater out of the tank and it exploded in my hand. Also the thermometer isn't reading anything (I guess it's too cold) so I keep turning it up and every time I go out I fear I will come home to a tank of fishes cooked alive.

The tiny shark and gouramie and some striped guys are huddled in the old fishbowl under a lamp in my room until the tank is warm enough. Sad.
