Science Update
Nov. 20th, 2003 06:52 pmIt worked from 10 to about 11:45 am. Then, no more. But, I went into Sephora and that cheek tint they sell is still dotted onto my fingertips, like guilt that won't come off. And, I tried the Stila lip gloss and it was a massacre across my face. You only need a tiny bit.
Still searching for the perfect non-pinky red.

Date: 2003-11-21 03:24 pm (UTC)The location in Times Sq doesn't carry Tarte, which is the brand I used to have. I keep changing because THEY keep changing - their formulations, their size, their price, their colors. You can't ever get what you got last time.
I tried on EVERY gel/cream blush in a stick application in that damn store.
The guy was trying to get me to buy Iman brand, the pigment is way too dark on all of the 10 colors.
Anyway, most gels are too sheer & at $30 you'd use it in a month.
I ended up getting Deluxe (although the'r stick is not about a third skinnier than the fat one I liked).
Practical tip: for this sort of blush, its better to go on the orange/coral side than on the red/pink side if you want that natural flushed, just got back from a jog look. The color looks weird but try it on & you'll see.

This is delux, color "pink". It in the stick its the most otherworldly shade, but on, so far so good.
I just wish it was more pigmented, I've swiped it like 5 times!
