labrujahYesterday jenslinky & I went to the Chelsea flea markets for only my second time, despite having lived here for oh going on four years now.
I narrowly escaped without buying a medical kit for use in the Pennsylvania mines, complete with old bandages and splints, and a travel drinky set (3 bottles and 4 shot glasses in a leather case). These things are so irresistable, although I know they will just sit on the shelf in my house and get admired now and then.
I also saw a kitchen table set just like mine but with a smaller round table, for nearly half what I paid. Ouch. I could have easily dropped $150 bucks in like, an hour, just on lovely old things. And I did end up impulse buying a rug.
