labrujahI hate:
-car alarms
-when people you know put you on their email list without asking and then will not stop emailing you even if you ask (this refers to none of you)
-my hair these days
-when people call me at work having picked a random number out of the masthead, then demand to have their subscription changed to another address, then after I transfer them to Subscriptions, not leave a voicemail, opting instead to CALL ME BACK AGAIN AND ASK ME AGAIN, as if I have magically changed jobs and will be like "Oh, I couldn't help you before, but since you interrupted me again, I would love to this time!"
