labrujahToday it was officially too hot to be a person. Instead I was an underslept headache blob. Now that it's cooler out I've perked up and am ready to function -- but know that I have to will myself to sleep in order to fully rock out Mermaid-style.
We made Morgan's room (the nicest biggest most windowy room here) into a Movie Palace we can enjoy until he returns from Cuba in 3 weeks.
In ten hours my friend from way back David Levy who is both fun and funny and his lovely accomplice Shilpa are arriving! I never get to see him as he lives in L.A. now. We're going to put on ridiculous fish and pirate and shell outfits and drink Coronas and put our toes in the sand and point at folks and splash each other.
