Time is on my side
Apr. 23rd, 2002 10:54 pmToday I visited a lovely establishment on Graham Ave. called Daddy's, and saw an amazing place in Greenpoint that a new Fluxer is being kicked out of. Crooked wooden floors, multi-leveled bathroom floors, weird old signs everywhere, a woodshop (and attendant nice smell), cracked windows sealed up haphazardly and a large floppy dog. Oh bitterness, that I live in an office! Sure, it's funny sometimes, but other times I wish for a less sterile, more tumbledown house.
Plus now it feels more like a dorm and less like a colony.
