The Weekend!

As I'm unemployed, technically every day is the weekend. But really, it's not because most of my friends & loved ones are working and so I spend the daytimes feeling as if I should be also working, or at least devising some substitute for A/C (icecubes in a bucket that I stick my feet into! Two fans and a spray bottle of refrigerated water!).

So, I'm really looking forward to the weekend. This one is going to be so good. Tomorrow there is the closing party for Placebo Sunrise at Chashama, and then the last Rubulad with lots of New Orleans people and dirty circus. Saturday there is the MOMA QNS and Flux's big art opening and then Chunk's Wedding Party at the Lunatarium.

I am all rested and restless and ready to hibernate all day and celebrate all night.

No, this time it really is. They have to be out July 1st. They are storing all their stuff in a grain silo upstate for the summer.
