We are keeping her until she finds a home since BARC is full. She's about 4 or 5 weeks old and very sweet. Anyone?

Contact me at alitaforever@yahoo.com. She's really little and still needs bottle feeding. But she's pretty fearless and active and loving.

p.s. her legs are normal they just look weird in the photo.

ohgod what a lil sweetmunchkt! dangit, I have stooopid, stoopid allergies, or else my home would be filled with these lil critters.
But I could send this entry to a few friends in the NYC area if you unlock it. Maybe one of them would take her in?

I know!
BARC is the great no-kill shelter in our neighborhood which I got my cat from. But they have way too many cats all the time. Kittens tend to go fast though.

aghhhhhhhhhh baby kitten!

that looks very much like the baby grey kitten i took to barc, too, only they were terribly mean to me and even made me CRY right there in the shelter.

I remember your post about that! They evidently helped out my roommate a bit and taught her to feed the kitten etc. But it sucks because we can't afford the tests and shots she needs which she would get free if they had room for her, and we can't keep her, and we can't let her come into contact with our other cat or the upstairs cat, so she has to live in one room right now and is lonely sometimes.

Yeah, I'm afraid they think we are just trying to get that stuff done for free and keep her. Maybe they could put her photo on the website or something too.

poor lil girl. maybe she will work out some sort of kitty morse code with the one who roams free in your apartment and she will write an epic novel about it something.

Aw. We just gave up and let her out since my roommate swears she was never on the street. Now she intimidates the big cat.

isn't there a women's run no kill shelter in bay ridge?

My roommate said she got her from a friend's house, the mom cat was sick so they had to be separated early.

It's ok for us to keep her for now, and hopefully BARC will get a space since they're like five blocks from us. If nobody takes her and it becomes a problem then we might investigate another shelter...

A girl that used to work here at the House Of Hell is looking for a kitty. I told her to email you. Her name is Susan. She's good people.
