The music festival is in full swing and I'm hiding out on the Internet. I don't know why but every time there is a big party here I (and some others I notice) have to hide out for part of it. It's like we're re-asserting that this is our house and we can lie in bed or watch TV or do whatever we want, instead of being at a party.

Last night I went to Coney Island and watched fireworks (next week is the last time this summer!) and crazy karaoke. Like, little tiny kids singing Hey Mickey and all these songs with sexy parts in front of lots of people.
