It is pretty chilly. I am sitting at the computer wearing a little blue fuzzy hat and entering things into Ebay to sell (finally). I have a giant box of things that are too good to just chuck to the Sal. Army.

Today me and Alice modeled a few of them. Also I got a haircut:

I think I got gypped -- it's exactly the same but shorter. I tend to expect miracles, a new me, etc. whenever I hand over the $40 for a real expert haircut instead of just me hacking away with the razor comb. But she did seem to be impressed with my (homemade) layers.

i hate paying $40 for a trim that grows out in two weeks.

Me too! I went to the Beehive. Last time I went Bean cut my hair, a nice little lady who got really excited about it and actually had ideas. This time it was too-cool-for-school Kim who didn't really understand my perfectly clear request for bangs that are long but short.

I totally want to go to hair school now. It's kind of fun, washing people's hair and stuff. I can see how it would be gross if you didn't like them though.

That's funny. I'm glad you told me that. My old roommate Liz looked like Shirley Manson and had short blonde hair and was tough, and I always wanted to be like her.
