Not to be annoying but my first batch of Ebay auctions are ending today.

The great Ebay project is in full swing. It's already stopped feeling like a fun opportunity to go through my stuff and model it, and turned into a vast chore-mountain, the surface of which has hardly been scratched yet.

The good thing is that I am slightly physically repulsed by the thought of bringing home any more clothes to add, eventually, to the giant pile.

This is going to be one of those 'phone call' comments, i.e. off topic and not interesting to the public.

Did you go to that party on Jay street last night? The twist and I went by at midnight and the line was so long to get in that we hauled ass. I'm wondering if we missed something really fun.

I was supposed to go, but couldn't muster the effort for the long train ride. I heard it was excellent.

But never fear, there's another really good one coming up on the 30th (the Madagascar Institute one).

Sorry. That was me, using the twists computer. I'll see you on the 30th, then.

If you would allow me to send you a money order, I would buy the Virgin Mary necklace and the olive pants. Would you consider it? I'm good for it!

Of course -- let me see what happens with the auctions, since they're already up, and if they don't get bought they are yours.

The first batch will end tonight so I won't really know til then. It seems to be going ok. It's really hard to tell what the Ebay climate will be like.

But in the past I've had about a 40-60% rate of selling what I post. I recommend it for things that are popular brands or from stores like urban outfitters...

40-60 is not bad at all.
i should get my shit together and do it.

It's not too time-consuming, but it requires some follow-through to get all the stuff shipped off in a timely fashion.

This last batch was more like 30% sold -- must be the economy!
