Bizarre Ailment

I'm an invalid!

I've had sore knots in my shoulders for a long time, but nothing like yesterday morning, when halfway through breakfast at Enid's, I realized the soreness had spread to the other side, and also was sending shooting pains down when I tried to say, move my arms or turn my neck at all.

Spent the rest of the day pursuing Advil and other remedies. Got some Extra Strength Tiger Balm which 1) doesn't seem to do anything and 2) promises to stain clothing.

This inability to move much puts a damper on full enjoyment of the weeekend.

man that totally stinks! i am thinking it might be a pinched nerve, so you might want to check out a chiropractor...i recomment douglas something or other, he has this wellness clinic near FIT. i forgot his name. but it's the wellness clinic, i think.

Somebody else said that was probably what it was. I suspect it come from sleeping on a zillion-year-old lumpy futon.

Unfortunately I am too poor for health care. I am supposed to get it in January/Feb. at which point I will be investigating your chiro man.

i would try a heating pad on that ailment. i had something similar that i iced and iced that wouldn't go away... i heated it for two nights and bye bye bye.
