Yes I went to Santacon.
No I do not like strip clubs.

It has become different from what it was, of course. It used to be smaller and rowdier and funnier (to me). It used to be stranger.

This year, the girls who planned it are real nice and put in a lot of effort and all, but it was pretty boring. I take a fair share of the blame for being semi-anti-social, as the best part is usually just talking to and hanging out with Santa.

But jenslinky had a good time, so I'm happy. And I finally met look!

Two (three?) years ago the Santas went to Rubulad and danced like maniacs to Les Sans Culottes and stripped off suits and it was all just right. I remember it fondly.

I remember it was near Xmas and there were a bunch of sensual Santa's letting loose at Rubulad. They were all wearing Santa hats and had stripped down to their underwear. I was dancing alongside 'em in my boxer briefs. I think I was the only one sporting a real [albeit trimmed] beard. There was this one tiny, skinny little Asian kid who had his Santa hat on and what looked to be a pair of white diapers wrapped around his waist. He was in a round chair that often graced the front of the deejay booth. He was sleeping like a serene baby amid the chaos. I was jealous.
